Christy Farrell is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designee, partnering with her husband, CFP® practitioner Greg Farrell. Both Farrells are licensed for a variety of insurance needs as well, including Long-Term Care insurance.
Their mission is to help clients become and remain financially secure, and their intent is to come alongside their clients and walk with them toward their financial goals and objectives.
The Farrells offer their clients an extra-personal relationship that an individual might be hard-pressed to find elsewhere. In a field cluttered with statistics and confusion, they focus on identifying their clients’ personal concerns and develop a clear, written framework used in guiding current and future financial decisions.
Greg Farrell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from the Behrend College of Pennsylvania State University. A graduate of Grove City College, Christy Farrell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a minor in Communications.
In addition to his advisory role, Greg has authored articles for several local newspapers. Christy has presented numerous financial seminars while previously working for Federated Investors. Both Farrells have been featured speakers on the popular financial radio call-in show “Your Money & You” with Jim Meredith, heard Sunday mornings on KDKA-AM/1020.
Christy and Greg are multi-year FIVE Star Wealth Manager Award winners presented by Five Star Professional. This award was issued on 6/1/24 by Five Star Professional (FSP) for the time period 9/12/23 through 3/29/24.
Christy was recently recognized by Forbes/SHOOK Research as a 2025 FORBES Top Women Wealth Advisor Best-In-State. Published on 2/11/25. Rankings based on data as of September 30, 2024.

Both Greg & Christy have served in numerous volunteer positions for a favorite charity, the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix. In addition, Greg serves as Treasurer for Second Harvest Thrift Store Board of Directors. Christy serves on the Pittsburgh Presbytery Foundation Board and has served as Treasurer for Central Elementary’s PTO Board and on the Investment Committee for the YWCAs endowment. The Farrells are also active in Fox Chapel Presbyterian Church where Christy has served as both a Deacon and an Elder and Greg served as an Elder.
The Farrells reside near Hartwood Acres in the North Hills of Pittsburgh with their three boys and two Siberian huskies. Greg and Christy are both avid auto enthusiasts and enjoy traveling with their children.
